Job Summary
Custodian responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. Responsibilities include janitorial duties, hazardous waste handling (collecting, classifying, sorting, storing, shipping, receiving, labeling, cleaning, recycling, packaging), operating motorized cleaning equipment, reporting incidents and hazards, complying with safety rules, performing duties in a team, following daily schedules, and maintaining professional communication with leadership, coworkers, managers, and customers. Requires ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and completion of safety and task training; valid driver’s license and forklift certification may be required. Shift is 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM; compensation is $20.25 per hour. SBM offers benefits and equal employment opportunity. No specific education required; 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
