Custodian

Conduct janitorial duties, operate motorized cleaning equipment, and manage hazardous waste collection, sorting, and recycling for assigned areas. Maintain daily upkeep, report incidents or hazardous conditions, and follow all safety rules and company procedures. Perform repetitive tasks, fill in during staff shortages, and support shift leads in completing punch-list items while using proper personal protective equipment. Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and customers. Requires valid driver's license, safety training certification, and forklift certification; bilingual ability is a plus.
