Job Summary
Perform routine custodial duties throughout the office and common areas, including vacuuming offices, hallways, conference rooms, and shared spaces. Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, counters, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces while maintaining employee kitchenettes. Sweep and mop restroom and kitchenette floors, empty light trash, and dust assigned surfaces. Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines, reporting any facility concerns or supply needs to management. Work Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM in a professional office complex near the Old Woodward corridor.
Required Qualifications
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms
- Clean sinks, counters, mirrors, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces
- Clean and maintain employee kitchenettes
- Empty light trash from kitchenette areas
- Dust ledges and other assigned surfaces
- Sweep and mop restroom and kitchenette floors
- Report supply or facility concerns to management
- Comfortable cleaning restrooms
- Dependable and consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Ability to follow established cleaning and safety procedures
