Job Summary
Perform routine custodial duties throughout assigned facilities, including disposing of trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, stocking and organizing supplies, and maintaining custodial equipment. Clean windows and sanitize office surfaces daily, while conducting periodic deep cleaning and seasonal projects as assigned. Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies, strictly adhering to site safety protocols and OSHA regulations. This full-time role in our Rockdale, Texas data center requires a valid driver's license and includes a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed (50 pounds)
- Ability to work onsite in a mining or data center environment (heat, noise, etc.)
- Exposure to high noise levels and varying temperatures
- Ability to read, understand, and follow safety policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while working in office and restricted areas
Desired Qualifications
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience
- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
