CUSTODIAN

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all assigned areas of the site building, plant, facilities, grounds and equipment. Perform maintenance activities as directed by the head custodian, building evaluator, or custodial supervisor. Follow state and district policies for safety and security of buildings, equipment, and supplies. Report safety hazards, prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, submit requests for janitorial materials and equipment as needed. Work cooperatively with other custodial staff and school personnel to perform duties; adhere to the schedule for routine and special tasks; participate in in-service training as required. Follow district policies and standards for safety and operations.
