Maintain buildings, sidewalks, and recreational areas by sweeping classrooms, dusting furniture, cleaning corridors, and washing windows per department schedules. Keep restrooms, locker rooms, and grounds litter-free while ensuring floors remain clean and in good preservation. Move furniture or equipment as directed and monitor property lighting for bulb replacements. Report necessary repairs and any damage to district property immediately to the supervisor. Comply with local laws for waste disposal and departmental standards for safety, cost efficiency, and energy management. Work twelve months annually on the school premises.
