Job Summary
PM Custodian position in Blackwood, NJ. Under supervision, perform a variety of custodial duties to maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in the building. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, waxing, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, outside grounds maintenance (snow removal, lawn work), moving and delivering educational supplies, and adhering to safety standards when handling chemicals. Must work well in a team or independently, be able to lift heavy loads (up to 100 pounds), and respond to emergencies after hours. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, background check, US citizenship proof, a valid driver’s license, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications

- Successful completion of criminal history background check
- Proof of US citizenship
- Knowledge of custodial equipment, materials, and methods
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Physical ability to perform duties including heavy physical labor and operating cleaning equipment

- Ability to respond to emergency and alarm calls after hours
