Job Summary
Custodian for PK Property Services, 2nd shift (5:00pm–10:00pm) in Bloomington, MN. Responsibilities include general cleaning of specified areas, window washing, sanitizing, dusting, floor care (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping), waste disposal, restroom cleaning, completing daily reports, and collaborating with on-site staff to complete daily tasks. Requires ability to pass background checks (including E-Verify) and to operate minor cleaning equipment; must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Prior construction or general labor experience is noted in the job description as favorable, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.
