Custodian

Conduct general janitorial work and perform seasonal property maintenance including snow removal and lawn clean-up at the Perkins Center site. Review weekly maintenance checklists and inspect building fixtures such as smoke detectors, exit lights, and plumbing to schedule or complete necessary repairs. Ensure kitchen dispensers and bathrooms are stocked and cleaned, while informing the supervisor of supply orders. Participate in all staff meetings, required training sessions, and in-service training as scheduled. Maintain all program and agency required training. Perform other duties as assigned.
