Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance of the shop, parking lots, breakrooms, and common areas by sweeping, mopping, and operating floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers. Sanitize surfaces and equipment, restock supplies, and manage exterior trash disposal while adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate PPE. Qualify for a forklift license to haul hazardous materials and identify potential hazards such as spills or leaks. Assist office employees with minor maintenance issues. This role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work in conditions involving outdoor weather, loud noise, and exposure to chemicals and airborne particles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and follow cleaning protocols
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment usage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
- Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks and handle equipment
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and walking for extended periods
- Qualify for a forklift license to haul hazardous materials per safety policies
Desired Qualifications
