Secure and lock facilities according to schedule, clean and sanitize restrooms while replenishing supplies, and remove light snow from walkways with ice melt as needed. Dry mop corridors and classrooms daily, vacuum or shampoo carpets, and strip and re-wax floors as directed. Check and replace fluorescent and exit light bulbs, respond to student or staff events requiring clean-up, and cover for absent team members. Perform any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Director. Must have a vehicle and current driver's license; able to lift 50 lbs. or less.
