Custodian, part-time

Maintain the cleanliness of the building's interior by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, waxing floors, and performing general cleaning duties in assigned areas. Clean and sanitize the break room, disinfect tables and high-touch surfaces like doorknobs and light switches, and service restrooms including stalls, urinals, toilets, and sinks. Replenish supplies such as soap and paper towels as needed, collect and remove trash at least twice weekly, and clean windows twice per year. Report damage, maintenance concerns, or property issues to the appropriate supervisor. Perform other assigned duties as directed.
