Custodian (Part-Time)

Custodian for New Branches Charter Academy (NBCA) part-time 9am-3pm, Mon-Fri. Responsibilities include keeping buildings and walkways neat and clean, regulating heat/ventilation for comfortable temperatures, shoveling/salting sidewalks, daily disinfection of bathrooms, yard-keeping tasks, opening/closing duties, inventory of supplies, periodic inspections of electrical installations, coordinating with volunteers to beautify grounds, reporting damages, and performing other duties as assigned by the principal. Qualifications emphasize a high school diploma or equivalent, punctuality, and preferred custodial experience with the ability to work with a diverse school community.
