Custodian - Part-time

Clean, sanitize, and deodorize restroom facilities and fixtures; sweep, vacuum, mop, strip, and polish floors; dust furniture, woodwork, and equipment; wash windows, mirrors, walls, and ceilings; and empty trash receptacles. Move and arrange furniture to set up rooms for meetings and special functions, replace light bulbs in City facilities, and ensure facility security after working hours. Maintain custodial equipment in proper working condition while complying with safety policies and chemical usage procedures. Requires ability to work 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. Six months of full-time custodial work experience is preferred.
