Job Summary
Maintain the inside of the assigned facility at Alcott Center & Community Arts Center by cleaning windows, toilets, tables, floors, and walls while properly disposing of garbage and recycling. Complete event setup for rentals and programs, assist patrons, and monitor heating and air conditioning units. Adhere to opening and closing security procedures, store cleaning supplies, and participate in snow removal operations. Available weekends and weekday evenings with varying shifts; Monday 3:00pm–9:30pm, Friday evenings, and Saturday/Sunday all day. High school graduate with two years' custodial experience required; lift 50 pounds frequently. Free fitness center pass included for those working eight hours or more weekly.
Required Qualifications
- High School, trade or vocational school graduate
- Minimum of two years' experience in building custodial operations or related field
- Must be available weekends and weekday evenings
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently
