Job Summary
Custodian at Ohio County High School responsible for cleaning, grounds care, setup and moving, and painting tasks in accordance with procedures. Performs routine custodial activities, operates cleaning equipment, maintains facilities, and supports safety and security. Requires ability to perform heavy physical labor, lift and move items, follow schedules, and communicate effectively. Includes weekend/holiday/on-call coverage and adherence to district safety practices; responsibilities cover restroom sanitation, floor care, trash removal, grounds maintenance, and operating both powered and non-powered cleaning equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED Certificate
- Previous experience as custodian desired
- Has met health requirements as specified in district personnel policy
