Job Summary
Custodian/Bus Driver for Pitt County Schools with responsibilities including cleaning and maintenance of facilities (floors, walls, ceilings, windows, restrooms), waste disposal, furniture setup, grounds maintenance, minor repairs, and transportation of teaching supplies. Duties also cover operating building systems, basic preventive maintenance, inventory control, security and fire safety system checks, and assisting students, teachers, and staff. Must have a High School Diploma or GED and be eligible for a school bus driver's license (CDL). Physical duties include lifting up to 100 pounds and various manual tasks; position may require snow removal and other site improvements as assigned by supervisor.
