Job Summary
Night-shift custodian responsible for cleaning classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, restrooms, offices, and other areas of the building; operates floor cleaning and waxing equipment; performs grounds-keeping, snow removal, setup and teardown for meetings, deliveries, and events; assists with recycling and waste programs; maintains safety and cleanliness per district standards; follows chemical hygiene rules and MSDS requirements; requires English reading/writing ability and ability to coordinate with supervisor and colleagues; occasional travel between schools may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or completion of sufficient education to successfully perform the duties of the position.
- Previous experience in building and cleaning maintenance desirable.
