Job Summary
Night Custodian at Central Elementary responsible for providing custodial services to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for students, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include preparing facilities for events, cleaning classrooms and facilities, restocking supplies, monitoring safety and comfort (heating/cooling), performing summer maintenance and related custodial duties, and adhering to pass POET requirements. Requires ability to work evenings, 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday–Friday, with non-exempt status and benefits eligibility. Must be able to perform heavy work and operate in various environmental conditions; minimum age 16; pay range $15.00–$16.32/hour with benefits; location in Olathe, KS. Knowledge/skills include communication, basic Microsoft Office, organization, confidentiality, teamwork, and independent work capability.
