Job Summary
Custodian position working Monday–Friday evenings (5:00pm–9:00pm) performing cleaning and building services in public and work space areas including executive and command areas. Tasks include cleaning restrooms, disinfecting surfaces, descaling showers and fixtures, maintaining floors and carpets, trash/recycling duties, dusting and polishing surfaces, cleaning kitchens and break rooms, and assisting with special restoration work. Requires ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs as needed; adheres to safety procedures; essential personnel designated. High School diploma or equivalent preferred; six months of custodial experience preferred; custodial training desired.
