Job Summary
The Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all assigned areas, including restrooms, kitchens, fitness centers, and building exteriors. Essential tasks include disinfecting surfaces, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and managing waste disposal. The role requires physical ability to stand or walk for long periods, manage cleaning equipment, and lift items up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma and six months of custodial experience are preferred, along with compliance to safety procedures and company policies. This position is full-time, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
