Job Summary
Clean, sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum interiors of commercial buildings including offices, garages, and warehouses. Operate specialized equipment such as leaf blowers, pressure washers, buffers, floor scrubbers, and ride-on machines while maintaining cleanliness across diverse environments. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines, collaborate with team members for efficient execution, and travel to various locations as required. This role involves physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in all weather conditions. Schedule options include Monday through Friday shifts from 6:00 AM to 12:30 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
- Physically capable of carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling a minimum of 25 pounds to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, be able to work in all weather conditions and performing tasks such as stretching, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing and pressing
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Good communication in English and teamwork skills
