Custodian

Perform general cleaning and maintenance of lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, pools, and outdoor areas. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and assist with minor repairs like changing light bulbs, fixing faucets, and basic plumbing or electrical work. Keep outdoor areas maintained through landscaping support, snow removal, and trash management while managing waste for a 5-story community. Respond to resident requests regarding facility upkeep or safety and ensure compliance with health, safety, and community policies. Coordinate with vendors for specialized tasks, monitor cleaning supply inventory, and maintain accurate records of completed maintenance and inspections. Schedule Tuesday through Friday, 15–30 hours per week with flexible hours.
