Job Summary
Performs custodial and janitorial duties including routine cleaning of facilities and restrooms, sanitation of cafeteria areas, disposal of trash, and cleaning of outdoor grounds; sets up/tears down equipment and facilities for meetings and events; operates manual and power cleaning equipment; maintains indoor/outdoor areas and moves furniture; reports safety hazards and equipment problems; cross-trains in various maintenance tasks and assists with snow removal; ensures confidentiality and compliance with district policies, including child abuse regulations; hours 8-hour shift from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM; requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds; may require valid North Dakota driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- One year of maintenance experience
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Possession of a valid North Dakota driver’s license (may be required)
