Job Summary
Custodian (Facility Cleaner) for Malahat SkyWalk on Southern Vancouver Island. Responsible for cleaning, waste management, restroom upkeep, and addressing maintenance needs across the site. Tasks include cleaning public areas, restrooms, offices, floors, and problem areas; stocking restrooms; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming; trash/recycling disposal; reporting maintenance issues; assisting with event setups/teardown; monitoring safety hazards; operating cleaning equipment safely; providing friendly guest assistance; following health and safety procedures; supporting other departments as needed; and performing other duties as assigned. This part-time, seasonal role involves working outdoors, with emphasis on attention to detail, independence, good time management, physical endurance, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Pay range: CAD 23.00 - 25.00 per hour.

- ability to learn about location/history/geography to answer guest questions (required)
- cross-training in other departments (required)
