Custodian/Maintenance

Custodian/Maintenance position at Keyport Public Schools with a split role (half custodian, half maintenance). The role aims to provide a safe, clean and comfortable school environment and reports to the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds/Principal. Requires a Black Seal License, knowledge of plant operation and maintenance, cleaning methods and procedures, heating and ventilation, and proper handling of hazardous materials, plus the ability to read, write and communicate effectively and to pass a background check confirming U.S. citizenship or legal resident status. The position combines custodial duties with maintenance responsibilities.
