Job Summary
The Custodian role involves performing a variety of cleaning and building services in public and work area settings, including executive and command areas, under a structured schedule from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, maintaining cleanliness of break rooms, and performing routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming and dusting. Essential competencies for the job include the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, adhere to safety protocols, report issues effectively, and maintain a focus on task completion in a busy environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with at least six months of custodial experience.

- Ability to notice and report changes in work space conditions
- Ability to notify supervisor when equipment or supplies are needed to perform task
- Six months of custodial work experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Custodial training desired
