Job Summary
Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary school spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting classrooms, offices, and libraries as assigned. Pick up debris and empty trash receptacles in designated areas while operating assigned cleaning equipment. Perform related light maintenance tasks and adhere to safety protocols, including reporting to the site during emergencies. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds and perform significant standing, walking, and kneeling. This 12-month position at R. S. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Significant standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling
- Designated as Essential Personnel - Employees must report to the assigned job site during emergencies including weather and building emergencies
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not required
