Job Summary
Sweep, mop, vacuum, clean windows, and polish floors to maintain sanitary conditions in offices, restrooms, and the service department. Clean and sanitize restrooms, empty trash, dust surfaces, and handle food preparation for customers during events. Perform basic maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs, monitor cleaning supply inventory, and secure buildings by locking doors and turning off lights. Report any damage or security concerns to management while following safety guidelines for chemical use. Work Monday through Saturday from 12pm to 9pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, stand, bend, and walk for long periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and safety procedures
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Must be available for evening, night, or weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience
