Job Summary
Maintain facility and plant cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors; gather and empty trash; service and supply restrooms; dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment; and perform light maintenance and safety inspections on equipment. Move product as needed to facilitate production processes and keep production areas clean and neat. Communicate with other departments to assist with production and perform basic routine upkeep on facilities. Work the 2nd shift from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm at a starting rate of $16.00 per hour. This role supports ImageFIRST's mission as the largest national linen rental and laundry service for the healthcare market, ensuring infection prevention standards are met across their HLAC-accredited facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Must be comfortable working around chemicals and other cleaning products
- Must have basic maintenance skills
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Must be self-motivated, able to complete a task to the best of her ability under little or no supervision
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to wear safety equipment including eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats
- Must not wear loose fitting clothes or jewelry
