Custodian II Simle Middle School

Custodian II at Simle Middle School responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key duties include snow and ice removal, cleaning classrooms and restrooms, distributing supplies, guiding safety and maintenance communications, supervising areas for safety, assisting with summer maintenance (deep cleaning, floor stripping/waxing, furniture movement), preparing the site for daily operations and events, and ensuring restrooms and classrooms are stocked. Requires teamwork, adherence to safety practices, ability to schedule and prioritize tasks, and effective communication with students and staff; prior custodial experience preferred. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and pass a post-offer physical exam with criminal background checks. Attends promptly and consistently and works under direct supervision following standardized procedures.
