Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas including hallways, lobbies, stairways, and locker rooms by performing detail work, high dusting, carpet care, and floor care. Operate a stripping machine to remove trash, clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaners, brooms, or shampoo machines. Ensure preventative care of cleaning equipment such as shampoo machines and sweepers, while managing property clean-up including bio-chemical materials. This custodial role requires lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and standing for long periods. Minimum age 21 with one year cleaning experience preferred; knowledge of carpet care, chemicals, and equipment is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 21
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations
Desired Qualifications
