Job Summary
Custodian II responsible for removing garbage and recyclables from office and plant areas, sweeping and mopping floors, restocking restrooms/kitchens/breakrooms, and performing additional cleaning tasks. 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:30pm) at ECHO Incorporated in Lake Zurich, IL. On-site role with forklift/equipment training provided; must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and follow safety procedures. Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform hands-on tasks and follow instructions in mechanically oriented environments.
- General knowledge of equipment used in building maintenance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of routine lifting; experience in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical repairs is a plus.
- Proficient in using manual and power tools required for daily tasks
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift (100% of the time)
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of materials and cleaning equipment
