Job Summary
Conduct routine cleaning of bathrooms, locker rooms, classrooms, and common areas by disinfecting surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Perform deep cleaning tasks using equipment like carpet extractors and pressure washers to remove soap scum and clean windows. Manage waste and recycling by emptying containers and moving them to appropriate locations. Assist with project cleaning after facilities work or campus events, and clear leaves and snow from building entryways. Report signs of insects or rodents and restock soaps and paper products.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Colorado Resident at the time of application.
- Six (6) months of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to the position.
- Must pass a physical capacity test.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
