Job Summary
Perform janitorial duties as assigned by management, ensuring quality service for customers at all times. Safely handle cleaning chemicals, follow Emergency Operations Work Assignment protocols, and assist in lifting equipment or moving furniture up to 50 pounds. Work indoors across various locations and buildings, traveling in different weather conditions while bending, crouching, and climbing stairs. Meet eligibility requirements for specific contracts and pass background screenings. Schedules are subject to change, and the role requires full understanding of oral and written instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s)
- Must understand oral and/or written instructions
- Must interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, and staff members
- Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate
- Must be able to assist in lifting equipment and move furniture when necessary
- Will occasionally be required to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Drug Free Workplace Employer, DRUG TESTING REQUIRED
