Job Summary
Conduct janitorial duties as assigned by management, ensuring quality service for customers including military, government, and commercial partners. Safely perform tasks involving bending, crouching, climbing stairs and ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds while working with cleaning chemicals. Travel to various locations and buildings throughout the year in different weather conditions, following Emergency Operations Work Assignment protocols. Required Qualifications
- Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s)
- Must understand oral and/or written instructions
- Must interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, and staff members
- Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate
- May travel to and from various locations and buildings throughout the year and in various weather conditions
- Will work with cleaning chemicals
- Will be required to follow the Emergency Operations Work Assignment per customer requirements
- Schedules are subject to change
- Must be able to assist in lifting equipment and move furniture when necessary
- Will occasionally be required to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend, crouch, walk, climb stairs and ladders, reach above head, and lift up to 40 pounds
