Job Summary
Perform janitorial duties as assigned by management, ensuring quality service for customers at all times. Interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, and staff members while understanding oral and/or written instructions. Travel to and from various locations and buildings throughout the year in various weather conditions, working with cleaning chemicals and following Emergency Operations Work Assignment requirements. Schedule is subject to change. The role requires bending, crouch, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, reaching above head, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Required Qualifications
- Must understand oral and/or written instructions
- Must interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, and staff members
- Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate
- Must be able to assist in lifting equipment and move furniture when necessary
- Will occasionally be required to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to follow the Emergency Operations Work Assignment per customer requirements
- Drug Free Workplace Employer, DRUG TESTING REQUIRED
