Job Summary
Greet customers by name, assist with product retrieval, and answer phones promptly. Maintain total store cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, waxing, vacuuming, and sanitizing, while ordering supplies and auditing invoices. Monitor plumbing, fixtures, coolers, and freezers; report issues immediately and perform necessary repairs like changing ceiling lights or unclogging drains. Empty garbage, crush cardboard, and conduct quarterly inventory checks. Perform price checks, return carts, and sack items as needed. Adhere to all store guidelines and report to work on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+
- Must be physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Must be physically able to exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently
- Must be physically able to exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly
- Must have the ability to solve practical problems
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers
- Must have the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
- Must be able to write identifying information
- Must be able to request supplies verbally or in writing
- Must have vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction
- Must have depth perception
- Must have color vision
