Job Summary
Seasonal, part-time Custodian/Houseman responsible for daily cleaning of offices, public spaces, restrooms, and facilities at Oasis Club in Davenport. Performs light to heavy cleaning (window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, trash removal). Identifies and reports supplies as needed, adheres to safe work practices, and maintains regular attendance. Requires lifting up to 75 pounds and working weekends, nights, and holidays. Education: High school diploma or GED (or equivalent). English reading/speaking may be required. Benefits include healthcare and a 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
