Custodian

Custodian responsible for general custodial duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, and restocking paper and soap supplies; performs cleaning functions for assigned buildings, maintains equipment and supplies, reports issues, and may assist with minor maintenance such as replacing light bulbs. Requires ability to operate standard cleaning equipment, follow safety procedures, lift heavy objects, and communicate effectively; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Work environment includes cleaning duties in offices, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas, with confidentiality regarding information encountered during employment.
