Job Summary
Supervisory role overseeing custodial and groundskeeping staff to ensure daily cleaning and landscaping tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Responsible for directing daily work, conducting inspections, training staff on cleaning procedures, groundskeeping techniques, chemical safety, and equipment usage; monitoring supplies and safety compliance; acting as primary point of contact for staff and escalating issues as needed. Requires ability to perform physically demanding tasks, strong organizational and communication skills, and US citizenship with a HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship is REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant custodial, commercial cleaning or groundskeeping experience
- Prior shift manager, multi-site, or supervisory experience within commercial cleaning environment preferred.
