Job Summary
Custodian / Groundskeeper responsible for cleaning and maintaining grounds and buildings, removing trash and debris, spraying weeds and insects, light snow removal, and general maintenance. Duties include cleaning exterior surfaces and doors, maintaining inventory of supplies, assisting with routine apartment prep and maintenance, reporting unusual circumstances, and adhering to OSHA standards and company safety policies. Requires reliable, organized, and customer-service oriented individuals capable of following work orders and maintaining a professional appearance.
