Job Summary
Perform general cleaning duties on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including disinfecting bathrooms, kitchen areas, trash collection, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Assist with snow removal to ensure walkways are clear and safe, and support other maintenance tasks as they arise. Maintain the building and facilities in a clean, neat, and safe condition by replenishing supplies and following proper chemical handling and disposal procedures. This role requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand and walk eight hours a day, and work in a fast-paced environment. Shift differentials are available for the second and third shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and the ability to use chemical cleaners according to directions
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling and disposal
- Ability to be self-directed to complete daily, weekly and monthly task
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk 8 hours a day
- Highly motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
