Job Summary
Clean and maintain offices, halls, bathrooms, classrooms, and similar areas of a school building under general supervision of the Facility Foreman. Secure the building upon closing and perform related work as required or assigned. Maintain a full-time schedule from 6:30 AM until 3:00 PM across the district. Hold a valid Pennsylvania license, high school diploma, and required criminal, child abuse, and FBI clearances. Possess sufficient strength, agility, and dexterity to perform all physical tasks while interacting with administrators, students, staff, and the public.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or the equivalent
- Valid Pennsylvania license
- Custodial experience
- Ability to carry out written and oral instructions
- Ability to get along with administrators, students, staff, and the public
- Sufficient strength, agility, and dexterity to perform all required tasks
- Criminal, Child Abuse and FBI Clearances
- PA CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CLEARANCE (Act 34)
- FBI CLEARANCE (Act 114)
- CHILD ABUSE CLEARANCE (Act 151)
