Custodian Full Time PM Shift

Job Summary
Perform interior and exterior cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas, including offices, pool decks, parking lots, breakrooms, storage locations, and restrooms. Conduct thorough trash removal, towel removal from pool areas, organizing of pool chairs, and restocking of supplies and linen closets according to resort standards. Report lost and found items, assist with guest direction, and deliver villa inventory. Pressure wash buildings and common areas while performing basic facility inspections for debris. Work PM shifts from 2:30pm to 11pm, including weekends and holidays, with consecutive days off during the week. Must hold a valid driver's license with one year of experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in Team Cleaning concepts is a plus
- Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks as described above
- Ability to be self-directed
- Skill in attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have 1 year of driving experience
- Must meet company motor vehicle report guidelines
- Must be able to work PM shifts from 2:30pm-11pm
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be able to work holidays
- Must be able to work consecutive days off during the week
