Custodian Full time-AM Shift

Job Summary
Conduct interior and exterior cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas, including offices, pool decks, parking lots, breakrooms, and restrooms. Perform thorough trash removal, organize pool chairs, restock supply closets, and deliver villa inventory. Assist with directing guests, reporting lost items, and executing facility projects to maintain resort cleanliness. Pressure wash buildings and perform basic facility inspections for debris. Work the AM shift from 8:30am to 5pm with two days off during the week, including weekends and holidays. Must hold a valid driver's license with one year of experience and meet company motor vehicle report guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- 1 year of driving experience
- Meet company motor vehicle report guidelines
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks as described above
- Ability to be self-directed
- Skill in attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
