Job Summary
Custodian role at Croasdaile Village (Full Time, 7:30am–4:00pm, and every other weekend) responsible for keeping common and living areas clean with emphasis on floor care. Duties include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming hallways and offices; trash removal; reporting maintenance needs (lighting, HVAC); outdoor debris and snow cleanup; assisting in resident moves; occasional pressure washing; and leveraging floor-care technology. Must interact politely with residents, staff, and vendors, uphold hospitality standards, and maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and safety. Schedule is 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday with weekends as needed; Durham, NC location with ability to commute or relocate as required. Education requirement: less than high school or equivalent experience; able to lift up to 100 pounds; physical and safety duties are inherent to the role. Salary: $15.00/hour; comprehensive benefits available for qualifying full-time and part-time employees.
