Job Summary
Custodian (part-time) responsible for cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and handling hazardous waste duties including collection, classification, storing, shipping, and labeling. Performs daily tasks per schedule, reports incidents, follows safety policies, and works in a team to complete punch-list items. Requires strong communication, adherence to cleaning protocols, and professional conduct; shift is Monday–Friday 6pm–10pm with pay range $17–$18/hour. Bilingual ability is a plus; training/certification in safety and task handling may be required; forklift certification may be needed. Located in Irvine, CA with SBM Management Services, LP and affiliates as equal-opportunity employers.
Required Qualifications
- No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
- May be required to be forklift certified.
