Job Summary
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and scrub assigned areas including bathrooms, offices, hallways, and grounds. Empty and decontaminate trash containers, dust furniture and fixtures, and wash blinds, windows, and walls with prescribed solutions. Meet daily with the Crew Leader to review assignments and check supplies, while reporting minor building or equipment repairs to a supervisor. Communicate appropriately with building tenants, staff, and co-workers, and adhere to corporate compliance policies and the Code of Conduct. Maintain professional appearance, use proper body mechanics, and pass a government and local police background check. Work flexible hours with minimal supervision to uphold sanitary conditions and building appearance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass Federal Clearance
- Must be able to work outside in all conditions
