Job Summary
Custodian role at Advanced Veterinary Specialists performing cleaning, minor repairs, floor care, furniture moving, and general facility maintenance in a 40-hour/week schedule. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and familiarity with cleaning methods, janitorial tools, and basic computer/office tasks. Location: Santa Barbara, CA. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and equipment
- Knowledge of routine building and grounds maintenance
- MS Office and online ordering platforms (e.g., Staples, Amazon)
- Ability to operate and maintain janitorial tools and equipment
- Ability to complete minor facility repairs
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to use a computer
- Full-time availability 5 days a week including nights and weekends
